We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we do offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@urbanstylesus.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can address the issue promptly.

Items that are worn, used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for exchange.
